All estimates and quotes are provided based on the information available at the time and are subject to change. Any additional work or changes requested by the Client will be charged accordingly.

• A deposit of a % is required before work commences; building materials, planning, and finishing materials.
• Progress payments will be invoiced at agreed milestones.
• Final payment is due upon project completion and prior to the final inspection.

• The Company is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, neglect, or natural wear and tear.

• The Company will take reasonable precautions to protect the property.
• The Company is insured for liability and workers' compensation.
• The Client agrees to hold the Company harmless for any damages beyond the Company’s control.

Either party may terminate the contract with written notice. The Client will be responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date, including any materials purchased and labor performed.

Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions or the services provided shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance with Yellowstone County laws.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Montana, United States.
